Tanvir Shah
Born into a bureaucratic family, Tanvir Shah is a first-generation entrepreneur with a dynamic business acumen. A graduate of Mumbai’s prestigious Sydenham College of Commerce & Economics, Tanvir’s career began at The Times of India, where he excelled and laid the foundation for his entrepreneurial journey.
In 1992, he established his first business, guided by the mantra: “Think Big. Start Small. Grow Fast.” Over the past 30 years, Tanvir has successfully managed numerous concerts, product launches, and brand activations across India, Sri Lanka, and the UAE.
His decade-long management of Bollywood actor Javed Jaffery and singer Lucky Ali is a testament to his expertise and industry standing. Beyond his professional endeavors, Tanvir is an avid athlete and music connoisseur, finding balance between business and personal passions.

Her portfolio includes high-profile events like the Filmfare Awards, Miss India pageant, and the Femina Look of the Year Contest. Deen made a transition from his successful tenure as a data analyst in supply chain management for Sam’s Club and Nordstrom at “The Math Company” to his current position at NextWhat in Dubai.
Additionally, Deen plays a pivotal role in NextWhat Entertainment, a subsidiary of NextWhat Advertising, where he applies his expertise to manage large-scale events and artist collaborations. His contributions are instrumental in ensuring that NextWhat Entertainment continues to thrive in the competitive world of events and entertainment.
